Terms of Use

Use It Up: Food Expiry Tracker · Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Tetra Developers ("we", "us") for the Use It Up app. By using the app you accept them.

1. Using the app

You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app.

2. Food dates are a guide

The app helps you remember dates. It does not give food safety advice. Photo reading can make mistakes, so always check the date the app shows. Always check the label and the food itself, and follow local food safety guidance. You decide whether to eat any food.

3. Free plan and Premium

4. Cancelling and refunds

Cancel in your store account settings (App Store: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Google Play: Menu > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

5. Ownership

The app, its name, design, text and artwork belong to Tetra Developers. All rights reserved. You get a limited right to use the app, not to own it.

6. No warranty and limit of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the app, including food waste, spoiled food, illness, missed reminders (for example, if your phone blocks notifications), or data lost when the app is deleted. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

7. Changes and ending

We may change the app or these terms. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms. You can stop using the app at any time.

8. Law

These terms follow the laws of India, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
