• Health or fitness data beyond what you manually enter

Hydration Hero stores all your data exclusively on your device using the device's local storage (e.g., localStorage). This includes:

• Your daily water intake logs
• Personal hydration goals and targets
• Drink type preferences and custom drink sizes
• Calendar and streak history

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by us or any third party (except where your device operating system permits — e.g., device backups).

Hydration Hero uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain information on your device to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This may include:

• Advertising ID (IDFA / GAID)
• Device information (type, OS version)
• Coarse location (country/region level, if permitted by your OS)
• Ad interaction and click data

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → Disable for this app

With your permission, Hydration Hero schedules local notifications to remind you to drink water. These notifications are:

• Generated and stored entirely on your device
• Never sent to or from any server
• Fully controllable through your device's Notification Settings

You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your device's settings or within the app.

Hydration Hero is intended for general audiences and is not specifically directed at children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no risk of inadvertent collection of children's data through our services.

Our advertising partner Google AdMob provides options to configure ads as non-personalized for all users. If you are a parent or guardian with concerns, please contact us using the information below.

Because all data is stored locally on your device and we collect no personal information, you have full and immediate control over your data:

• Access: All data is visible to you within the app.
• Delete: Use the "Reset All Data" option in app settings, or uninstall the app.
• Export: Your data remains on your device and is not held by us.
• GDPR / CCPA: Since we hold no personal data on our servers, there is nothing to request, transfer, or erase from our end.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
