You can delete your data at any time. Here is how.
Option 1: Delete inside the app (instant)
- Open Use It Up.
- Tap the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete my account (if you signed in) or Delete my data (if you use the app without an account), then confirm. If you use a password, type it to confirm.
This erases your food list, history, reminders and settings from your phone. If you signed in, it also deletes your account (name and email) from our sign-in service.
Option 2: Ask us to delete it
Email tetraheaddevelopers@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Use It Up data. Tell us the email you used to sign in (if any). We will delete any personal data we hold about you and reply within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Food items, expiry dates, quantities and tags.
- Usage counts, reminder log and settings.
- Any account information, if sign-in is available in your version of the app.
What stays
- Store subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting data. Cancel in the App Store or Google Play so you are not charged again. See the Terms for steps.
- Purchase records kept by Apple or Google follow their own rules.
- Records we must keep by law, if any.
